We are aware of several errors with our new mobile app. Our provider has worked diligently on identifying and resolving the errors. New versions have been published as of 06/30/21 – 7.4.1 or greater to the Apple App store and version 7.4.2 on the Google Play store. Please check that your device’s operating system is also updated to the following minimum supported operating systems (OS) – iOS 12.4.8 for iPhone, and OS 9.0 for Android devices. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
With app updates you may need to reenter login credentials (Access ID, Passcode), answer security questions, and reestablish biometrics (Face ID).
