Use your old Citizens Bank & Trust Access ID, unless you have received an email from us with a new Access ID. Access IDs should be entered as all lowercase, and your Access ID and Passcode are case sensitive.
The system will prompt you to create a new passcode once your Access ID, SSN or EIN, and account number are validated.
MOBILE BANKING: Once you’ve completed the initial login, you’re all set to download the mobile app. Your credentials will work online and with our app. No additional enrollment is required for mobile banking.
